The Curwen Studio is a unique organisation in fine art printing for artists and photographers and has an outstanding international reputation. The Curwen printmaking studio for artists was established in 1958 under the management of Stanley Jones, and has been the birthplace of a number of exciting new developments in printmaking over the years since. The Tate Gallery in London has recognised the important contribution made by the studio and has established its own 'Curwen Archive'.
