Refund policy

30-day Return & Refund Policy

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
• The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Items must arrive with us in the same condition that you received them.
  

Step 1: Request a return

• Email details of the order and item for return to guy@booksaboutart.co.uk
• We will reply with details on where to send your package. 

Step 2: Pack and post

• Package the item well so as to avoid damage in transit as damaged items will receive only a partial refund.
• Use a courier of your choice to send the package. We recommend using a tracked service.

Step 3: Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Refunds can be in the form of Store Credit or to your original payment method - whichever you prefer.
  
• Bank and credit card companies can take up to 10 days to process refunds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Items described as 'non-mint'
• Gift cards
