Aaron Stern's images in this book were taken at gigs featuring bands such as Sonic Youth, Grizzly Bear, Arcade Fire, The Strokes, Animal Collective, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Phoenix, The Kills and Beach House. The images, though are less of the bands and more of the event - the audiences, stages and arenas - a document of the euphoria and communal joy of attending music gigs.
